1- First of all, you need to do; be sure “Instagram > Settings > Data Usage > High Quality Uploads” is turned on.
2- Do not share directly by shooting within the application. Instead of using your phone’s rear camera, shoot 4K instead of 1080px, choose 30FPS or 60FPS instead of 24FPS(Frame Per Second).(Note that the file size will increase)
3- While uploading your video, use your phone’s internet instead of wi-fi and also do not close the application.
4- If possible, use ios devices instead of android and try not to add music if it is unnecessary.
5- Do not create too much text density in the video, if text needs in the video, it will be useful to add a plain color text background.
6- Try to share while your internet is good.
